Daniel Moulton, MD, FAAP

Daniel Moulton, MD, FAAP

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Dr. Dan established his practice here in Allen, TX in October 2000. Our practice has thrived and become well known for our care, friendliness and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ for our patients. We are proud to be a ‘paperless’ office with an advanced technological medical records and billing system.

Dr. Dan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his residency training in pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He is certified with the American Board of Pediatrics, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His special interests include childhood immune deficiencies, allergies and pediatric sports medicine.

He enjoys being home with his family, softball, flag football, fishing and the occasional video game. He is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.



Jenna O'Brien, DO, FAAP

Jenna O'Brien, DO, FAAP

Dr. Jenna O'Brien joined TLC Pediatrics January 2012, she is originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She attended the University of North Texas in Denton as an undergraduate where she studied biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, and completed her pediatric residency training at Penn State Children's Hospital in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Jenna is certified with the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Collin-Fannin County Medical Society. Her special interests include newborn medicine, adolescent medicine and developmental pediatrics. She is also educated in American Sign Language.

She enjoys being an alumna member of Alpha Phi Sorority, traveling, cooking and enjoys cheering for the Texas Rangers. She is excited to be back in the Lone Star State practicing pediatric medicine.



Chandra Garvey, CPNP

Chandra Garvey, CPNP

Chandra joined TLC Pediatrics in August 2010 & she has fifteen years of experience as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practioner. Originally from Chicago, IL, she moved to Dallas in grade school. Chandra received her education from Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX. There she received her Bachelor’s, Master’s & Certified Pediatric Nurse Practioner degrees.

Prior to becoming a CPNP, she worked for over 6 years in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas as a Registered Nurse. Chandra is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certificate Board and is a fellow in the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates & Practitioners. Chandra’s experience as a CPNP includes not only the private practice setting but acute care setting as well. She has special interest in helping new parents with their newborns. She attributes her success as a NPNP to her overwhelming love for children.

Mystii Nekuza, CPNP

Mystii Nekuza, CPNP

Mystii joined TLC Pediatrics January 2011. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Mystii has been a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 16 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Texas Woman’s University in 1988. She worked ten years as an RN in the Neonatal ICU at Parkland and another 2 years in the ER and ICU at Children’s Medical Center. Mystii completed her MSN/ CPNP at University of Texas at Arlington in 1996 and went into private practice in pediatrics.

Mystii currently serves as clinical faculty for Texas Women’s University. She also is a clinical preceptor for Baylor University and University of Texas Arlington. Mystii is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certificate Board & is a fellow in the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners. She has special interest in premature infants and asthma trends and treatments.

She enjoys clay shooting, teaching other women to shoot, as well as participating in Epsilon Sigma Alpha, which is a community service philanthropic sorority for women.
